Specialty Glass is a wholesale distributor for decorative inserts.
Phil Dagastino Jr. of Commercial Alliance Management represented the landlord, Hampshire Properties.
– FedEx Office has renewed its lease for 10,167 square feet at Union Terrace.
Conner Walker of Commercial Alliance Management brokered the deal.
– Winchester Market has signed a new lease for 53,700 square feet at 6616 Winchester.
Kemp Conrad of Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.
McLeans buy building
Charles and Maryann McLean purchased a 2,400-square-foot office building at 3211 Kirby Parkway, and he plans to move his accounting practice there. They bought the building for $230,000 from Leslie and Rita Brueck of Brueck Advertising and Design.
John Waddell with Crye-Leike’s Arlington office facilitated the sale.
